By accessing or using the Aham Academy waitlist, website, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Service.

3. Waitlist Registration & Submissions
When registering for our waitlist, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested by our enrollment form. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this data. Registration on the waitlist does not guarantee entry, enrollment, or purchasing rights to any course or academy programs.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, text, videos, workflows, and code provided on this website are the intellectual property of Aham Academy and Olive Ridley Media or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
5. Code of Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using any automated system (including robots, scrapers, or offline readers) to access or exploit our Service.
- Attempting to interfere with or compromise system security, integrity, or network traffic.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively within the competent courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
